These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zoni TV service and website. By subscribing to a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Zoni TV provides access to a digital streaming service that delivers live television, video-on-demand, and related features over the internet to compatible devices. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the service for the duration of your plan.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have reached the age of majority where you live to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Login credentials are for a single household and may not be resold, shared publicly, or redistributed.

3. Payment and billing

Plans are prepaid for the duration you select (for example, monthly or annually). Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is accepted by the methods offered when you subscribe. Your subscription does not auto-renew unless you arrange a renewal with us; access ends when the paid term expires.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Resell, sublicense, rebroadcast, or publicly display the service;
Share your credentials outside your household;
Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or its security;
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund.

5. Third-party content and availability

Channels, programming, and on-demand titles are provided by third parties and are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event, or title will be available at any given time. Line-ups, broadcast rights, and availability can change without notice. Zoni TV is not responsible for the content of third-party streams.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Performance depends on your internet connection, device, and factors beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops any renewal you have arranged with us and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current term except as set out in our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. The money-back guarantee and the absence of automatic renewal are our own commitments; they add to, and do not limit, any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zoni TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. Some places do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
